By using FiveFire (fivefire.app), you agree to these terms. FiveFire is operated by InGaim Partners LLC.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FiveFire. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian consents to your use of the platform.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. One account per person — no shared or group accounts.
The free tier includes all 5 AP subjects, 10 practice questions per day, video lessons, cheatsheets, flashcards, basic streak tracking, and the Score Predictor. These limits are subject to change. Pro features are available as a monthly or annual subscription.
Monthly and Annual Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancel anytime through the billing portal in your profile. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Free tier features and usage limits are described in Section 3 above and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge by contacting us at legal@fivefire.app. After the 7-day window, we do not issue refunds for partial months or unused portions of an annual subscription.
FiveFire uses AI (powered by Anthropic) for essay grading, the AI Tutor, and other features. AI-generated content — including essay feedback, scores, and tutor responses — is for educational purposes only. It should not be treated as official College Board scoring. AI can make mistakes. Use AI feedback as a study tool, not as a guaranteed predictor of your actual exam performance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. If we terminate your account, you will not be charged for future billing periods, but we do not issue refunds for the current period.
FiveFire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform accurate and available, but we are not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InGaim Partners LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
